PMS- (Pre Menstural Syndrome),
Irregular periods, early menopause....

This is not a simple issue of menstruation and women. It is how the patriarchical society took the issue.

It is nature which made women that way. They are not responsible for anything on that. Like the man who has his moustache etc. The society did not make an issue of his male identities, did it? Because it is men who made the law that governs our private lives as well.

So, what, in effect, you have produced here, using (or abusing?)the name of God and calling the members of such patriarchicial society as periyavanga, is in fact the views of men only, and you being a man yourself, have endorsed it.

Since no women have responded to your subject, we dont know how they have viewed it. It is natural, this non-response! They wont like to talk about it for the sole reason that men will exploit whatever the women say in this regard. The unwillingness to express herself is also exploited by men.

Just like a typical Indian bridal night (or first night) where the marriage is consummated (union of bodies or santhi muhuurththam as Brahmins call it!). Here, if the woman shows her eagerness to consummate, she will be suspected by her bridegroom of 'having already experienced it'!. For many years into the marraige, the Indian woman cant express herself of what she wants in the sexual act on the bed with her own man!

This is a man's world. The religion, of your Perumal, or of Christ or of Allah, are elobrately and intricately woven by men, using cunning coils around women to enslave and render them speechless!

Your nasty piece on menstruation on women, with an attempt to give a halo of divinity (periyanvan sonnaangaka, perumaal sonnaru!) shows how much you need to sensitise yourself about the society and the feelings and emotions of the very people you live with.

Harsh words! Indeed. If I have offended, sorry is all that I can say to you!
